Rail · Huanglongjiuzhai is a gateway
Search the railway timetable for Huanglongjiuzhai station, 黄龙九寨站, for your travel date. The station is not at Jiuzhaigou’s entrance. Arrange the onward road leg separately and give the transfer provider your actual train number, arrival date and hotel address. Confirm boarding details and what happens if the train is delayed.
Air · check the airport and road connection
Jiuzhai Huanglong Airport, 九寨黄龙机场, is another separate arrival point. Check whether flights operate for your date and arrange the road transfer to your accommodation. The shared destination names do not mean you arrive beside either scenic gate. Keep an arrival day for travel and rest rather than promising a full park visit after landing.
Your destination · park gate or county town?
For a park stay, save the Chinese name 九寨沟景区沟口 and the exact accommodation pin near Zhangzha, 漳扎镇, when that matches your booking. Confirm with the hotel whether a pickup uses the main road, its front door or a designated parking area. Do not replace a precise address with the broad label “Jiuzhaigou”.
The return · work backwards from departure
Give the driver or transfer provider the departure station, train or flight details, luggage and hotel address. Ask what pickup time they recommend for that route and season, including station or airport formalities. If adding Huanglong, treat it as a separate visit with its own entry and transfer time rather than an automatic stop on the way.
