An itinerary idea, ready to adapt to your pace and travel arrangements.

Morning · settle into the city

Start in People’s Park. Find a teahouse, check the menu and price before ordering, and let this be a real stop rather than a quick photograph. Keep your first morning flexible if you have just arrived.

Afternoon · streets and small discoveries

Continue towards the Kuanzhai area, using a taxi or metro if needed. Explore side streets as well as the main visitor lanes. Choose lunch by what you would enjoy eating, and explain any allergies clearly; a less spicy dish is not necessarily free of allergens.

Make it your own

This is a city-walk idea, not a timed tour. Shorten it for heat or rain, add a longer meal, or discuss a guide if you want more context. Transport, food and guiding are not included in this reference itinerary.
